Balloon Festival for those in need

A prominent food bank in Western Colorado - Lift-Up - feeds individuals in need through seven food pantries and two soup kitchens. Over 200 volunteers serve over 19,000 meals annually. And each week, fresh Mountain Town Coffee is provided to the Food Pantry and Extended Table serving the Rifle community.

On June 24 – 26, Lift-Up will be celebrating 35 years of service to the community with the first inaugural balloon festival – Lift Off 4 Lift Up. Join the celebration at Crown Mountain Park in El Jebel for a variety of events including hot air balloon rides, face painting, a pancake breakfast, yoga and more! Mountian Town Coffee gives back to Colorado Mountain College

Colorado Mountain College (CMC) celebrated its 50th Anniversary year with parties held at all of its campus locations in 2016 and 2017. The CMC Rifle Campus partook in the festivities and invited the community in for an art show, reception and presentation on April 21, 2017. The number of lives touched since the colleges inception in 1967 are many (they calculate a half-million students have walked through their doors).

Mountain Town Coffee was honored to be included as part of the evening celebration pouring coffee and pulling decaf espresso shots late into the night.

On August 13, Mountain Town Coffee was honored to serve fresh-brewed coffee to Kiwanis supporters at the 62nd annual event. Thank you to all those who attended this annual event and we can't wait to see you again next year!
